The Nike Air Force 1 Mid “Flax” is a popular colorway inspired by classic construction boots. The original Air Force 1 “Flax” makeup was released back in the early 2010s as a homage to the look of tan construction boots, particularly the Timberland 6” Premium Boot worn by construction workers and street style stars alike. The shoe features a monochromatic Flax suede upper with tonal Swoosh branding on the sides. Both the adjustable ankle strap found on the collar and the overlays are designed in Flax suede. Rope-style laces give the shoe a classic boot-like appearance. Underfoot, a wheat-colored rubber midsole with “Air” branding on the lateral side completes the look.
